Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 2/6/2026

At I Do Brunch and Brews, we reserve event dates exclusively for our clients. Because of this, the following policies apply.

Deposits

A 30% deposit is required to secure your event date. All deposits are non-refundable.

Final Payment

Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs:

  • More than 7 days before the event: No additional payment is required beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  • Within 7 days of the event: Full payment is required, as preparation and scheduling will already be in progress.

    No-Shows

    Failure to be present or allow service at the scheduled event time does not qualify for a refund.

    Merchandise (Future)

    All merchandise sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
